Every task arrives with context
You receive a redacted brief, the relevant document excerpts, and a clear deliverable spec. No 'can you take a look' nonsense — every engagement has a defined scope, an SLA, and a fixed fee.
Async-first, signed link access
You work through a secure portal — no app to install, no specialist account to manage. Token expires when you deliver. We don't store your work product after delivery.
Paid per engagement, on delivery
Net-15 invoice on every task you mark delivered. No tiers, no minimums, no exclusivity. Decline anything you don't have bandwidth for.
What we ask
Bar to entry.
— Active license or recognized credential in your domain. We verify.
— At least seven years of relevant practice or equivalent senior-level experience.
— Willingness to sign Obsidian's standard NDA and a per-engagement assignment letter.
— Tax-resident jurisdiction we can pay into legally (US, EU, UK at launch; more rolling out).
— Two professional references we can call.
