Payments Policy

Accepted Payment Methods
Obsidian accepts Visa and Mastercard for all transactions. All payments are processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Prepaid Balance
Obsidian uses a prepaid balance model. You add credit to your account, and this balance is consumed as you use GPU resources. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or minimum monthly commitments. The minimum top-up amount is $5.00 USD.
Per-Minute Billing
GPU time is billed per minute at the following hourly rates:
Insufficient Balance
When your account balance is insufficient to continue running a vault, the vault will be automatically paused. No additional charges will be incurred. To resume, add credit to your balance and restart the vault.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees if your card is denominated in a different currency.
PCI DSS Compliance
All payment processing is handled in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your card information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not have access to your full card number.
Transaction Records
A full history of your top-ups and usage charges is available in the Billing section of your dashboard. You can review your transaction history at any time.
